  I read about this programme on another post and I’m wondering is their a book or resource to read on it.is their material to download anywhere similar to whats taught in these groups? TIA x

  Hi there, I’m not sure what you mean but the books I’d recommend are Living with the Dominator by Pat Craven. Why Does He Do That by Lundy Bancroft and Healing From Hidden Abuse by Shannon Thomas. Evan Stark is also worth looking into x
