  Has anyone gone through treatment for PTSD, post abuse ? Doc states that I’m still in trauma partly due to the abuser cyber stalking me and new partner. Police are aware but need more evidence. He is ramping up the abuse and wants both of us dead.

  Ive not got treatment but i feel i need it . I was diagnosed through mental health worker! But i feel i need more support i feel so crippled with ptsd

  I’m just at the start of treatment. I seem to pinball between depression, anxiety and PTSD. Maybe an idea to see psych for formal diagnosis and treatment. There are medications that can help stop the wobbles and feeling of hyper alertness.
