My son were at (detail removed by Moderator) house drunk and my ex were saying in front of his partner how hes concerned for my son and his drinking and he should get help… this is out of character for my ex to say this hes probably the reason my son started drinking in the first place…. sorry I feel triggered x

      Hi beautiful Angel … Icandothis,
Stay focused and true to yourself and remember the reason he is your ex.
It’s understandable you feel triggered but try and keep focused on you. Tap into why this has triggered you and sit with it a while, maybe next time the trigger will not seem so strong.
Its a journey and before we can heal we have to feel
Sending you continued love and support
      Darcy xx
