      Hi OUTTHEOTHERSIDE,

If you do not feel safe to continue living with your partner or you have left home because of domestic violence but wish to return home and exclude your abuser, you can explore the option of applying for an Occupation Order. For some legal advice around this you could contact Domestic Violence Assist (a specialist injunctions service) on 0800 195 8699 (24/7).
If you are unable to get an Occupation Order you could contact your local domestic abuse service who may have access to legal advice to find out if you have any other options to have him removed. You can find the contact details for your local service here.
I hope this is useful to you.

I wanted to ask how does refuge work Its a safe place for moms and children . I wanted to now how would women even get there things from there home?
Are they allowed to go back and move there things
Out I am not sure how it works when leaveing abusive relationship. ? . I hurd sometimes they tell the abuser to leave the house and find somewhere elese to live if that was me I would not feel safe knowing my partner now where I live .
