Renting question

Hi all

Quick question, it seems me and my oh may be splitting for good (just got to keep strong) we are both on the tenancy but only I work. Can I stay where we are if we break up. Really don’t want to move as rent prices are so high I just couldn’t afford it.

I think that will be down to your oh and whether or not he agrees to leave.

As far as the tenancy agreement is concerned, ring the estate agent or landlord and find out what you’d have to do to put the tenancy in your name alone.
