Can someone help me.
I am trying to get the restraining order lifted against my ex partner. It has been a long time since it was issued and since then we have worked out our problems and no longer feel threatend by him. I was advised by the CPS to write to the issuing court but I don’t have any correspondence from back to figure out which court it was. Has anyone been through this process? Please advise
