  I don’t think this is used very often but does anyone have advice about when and why to use it?
  
  I have a Fact finding coming up. Can I request it before, or might it be suggested during that hearing? Not sure if it’s a good idea as I don’t have much hard evidence.
  
  Any help would be very welcome if anyone has a chance.

  Just had a look and it seems to be commercial? Speak to a solicitor, most offer free initial advice.
