  I made a meal tonight and it www so nice to have complete control over it, what I put in, how long I cooked it for, how much I ate. Sometimes I can’t believe just how much control he had on my life. It’s amazing to be able to just look after myself

  Sounds delightful, I wasn’t permitted to cook or choose what I ate. I love cooking and making things up as I go along. Like you I never realised how much I was controlled.
