So disheartened by the world. How are there people out there capable of this?

I feel so disheartened with the world today. I just find it really mind blowing and sad that they’re are people out there like this. How are people able to fake so much feelings and lie about so much to twist and manipulate like it’s all a game. It’s not a game it’s people’s feelings. I can’t stop thinking about everything that has happened it makes me so sad that someone tries to purposefully destory a person whether they’re doing it subconcious or not. It makes me have very little faith in everyone and no trust at all.

When/How will I be able to stop thinking about it?
When will I agin trust from people?

I know they are personal questions and there’s not an answer but just looking to hear everyone else’s experiences please.

Hi TMB, it’s sad and despairing isn’t it sometimes when we see the ugly in the world, but it is also part of it, part of coming to terms with reality. Eventually this will change for you, as you grow and learn more about yourself and others.

Self awareness arms us greatly.

It’s about keeping things, this and ourselves real. Learning to trust and respond to the self – always; so that when danger is close, we see it and step away or do whatever it is that is needed. Then we are free to be with the rest of our time and ‘life’ occurs again; despite the ugly in the world.

You can have a forfilling life once you have processed things and feel much stronger and wiser for it. DA shapes us, it’s dreadful for a long time, but eventually you will come out the otherside and see some silver linings. Work towards what you want, how you want your life to be, and chip a way. For me my goal is always contentment, another one is to deepen my compassion – so everything I do is a step towards either x
