      Hi all… I was wondering if I decided to flee and stay elsewhere other than refuge temporarily can I still get support from womens aid in turns of housing counselling legal stuff like antemolestation orders..occupancy orders ect ect? I have an offer for me and children to stay with someone we trust until we can get back kn our feet independently so to speak. X*x

      Yes. You don’t have to be in a refuge to get help from them. Please ring the national domestic abuse helpline and get in touch with the local women’s aid. I know I’d much rather stay with friends than a refuge.
