My ex’s best friends are visiting my hometown and I am freaking out that my ex is here to meet up with them. All my friends and family are telling me that I’m overreacting and that he probably isn’t here and he has lost inter but I am terrified. Work is really busy and I can’t handle the stress today. I just want to go home and hide but he knows where I live. Home is the only place I feel safe. This morning I wanted to stay at my new boyfriend’s house but now I just want calm and home is where I can feel some form of peace.
The police have been no help and so I don’t feel like anyone can stop him hurting me. Feeling very scared and overwhelmed. Help!
