Does anyone know how you stand if someone puts your name on something? Is it only if you’ve signed it that you’d then be held responsible?
Not bank details or anything I mean just my name..

Sorry I haven’t given much more information, I get paranoid sometimes that I could be identified by someone in his family who I’m suspicious of when it’s a specific topic.

      Hi Gettingtired,

No worries, you are absolutely doing the right thing in being cautious on this public forum with possibly including any information that could identify you.
To get clarity on this, you can contact free legal advice service Right of Women , or speak to Citizen’s Advice.
Some local domestic abuse services provide legal information services too. You can find your local service here.
      I hope this is useful.
      All the best,

      Lisa
