I know but i keep thinking because my last abuser wernt physically violent that maybe it wernt that bad. But then on the other hand he were a compulsive liar. Had other womens phone numbers were always sneaking about on fbook. Tried isolating me from people. Totally bombarded me with constant texts phone calls asking were i were. Accusing me of cheating. He were so clever with it. I thought i were stronger than that but he really had me over… xx

Abuse in any form is unacceptable, physical, sexual or emotional.

We get use to the abuse we have had and becomes the norm. When we aren’t getting it its easy to forget how bad it was.

The way they can play mind games is awful.
