Found out from a third party my absolute had come through, diagnosed with PTSD, put on antidepressants and came home to an abnormal test results letter.
Blergh.
I’d curl up into a ball and sleep for a week if I could sleep for more than 90 minutes at a time!

Hey there <—> sending you a hug…… I have PTSD too. It will get better. Had an abnormal xray last month. Lots of worry for nothing…. Stay positive. Deal with one thing at a time. With regard to the absolute, just a piece of paper 🌷🌷🌷 think of something nice you can do for yourself this weekend. Choose a nice new bubble bath and try it out. Meantime hug a pillow. Hugs are good x
