So I’m in the middle of getting my husband out. Apple he will be gone in the next couple of days. The thing is, my nerves and anxiety are sky high. With regards to the abuse, I don’t know what to do. Can I report him for the abuse after hes gone?

Yes you can. You can also report him while he’s there and have him removed if you have enough evidence. You can also use Claire’s Law to find out from the police if he has a history of this behaviour. The police won’t give you an answer if you’re not with him so I’d ring them and ask before he leaves. And in my experience it’s not ever easy to get these men to leave. This is the most dangerous time for you and any women when they end the relationship so please ring women’s aid for help here. They can help with a safe exit plan. Help liaise with the police to make sure you’re safe from him and his harrassment x
