My abuser signed an undertaking not to harass me in order for me to drop the non-molestation order against him.
I was told at the time by my legal team that as he had taken a caution and I had this undertaking I would be safe and that the courts would not renew the non-molestation order indefinitely especially after the contact order had been granted.

That worked for a while up until I find the caution ran out.

I have sent out the correct legal bit to him but I forgot he had signed the undertaking a few years back.

The question is how long does an undertaking last for?

      Thanks

For this question it is best to ask Rights of Women. They will know.
