I’ve heard people mention it & when I spoke to the local DV people they mentioned it too. What is it? Has it helped anyone come to terms with what is happening? I know he is a classic abuser but I can’t accept that he knows what he is doing, I can’t wrap my head around him being that calculating! Will the freedom programme help me?

      Hi, check this link: http://www.freedomprogramme.co.uk

I learned to recognise abuse very quickly, from men and from women.
It is not designed to overcome grieve. But the good thing about this is that you meet women there who have been through abuse too and you can share your experiences and lift each other up.
It was the only safe space for me whilst I went through hell and contemplated suicide. I looked forward to every session. It was the only place where I felt understood. It helped me immensely.
      Thank you forever, Pat Craven!
