  My abuser left the house and now I’m panicking. I wanna text him to come back. He isn’t gone long but I feel hot, panicky and scared.

  Please ring the national domestic abuse helpline number. You can talk to a wonderful lady who will calm you down and explain what’s happening. You can also ring 999 if you’re scared. Keep you phone on you fully charged x
