Hi. I could find a place for me and my daughter for a month until I can access the help from council. I ‘ll go without announcing him. I would like at least a week to be..but my child will ask for him…I think he will go crazy…I want to leave him a note and block his calls for a week…but I am concerned about my child…she will suffer the most…

You can make this ok for her, you just need to work out what it is you need to say and what can be done. Sounds like you could do with ringing the helpline to talk this through with someone. It will be ok x
