I know I’m limited on what I can say now… (detail removed by Moderator) I need to communicate with him through an app… but he’s constantly digging at me and accusing me of things, all under hand- nothing too obvious.. does anyone know where I’d stand in getting someone else to communicate with him? Ie a family member or friend.. so that I don’t have to constantly have to prove myself to him. He’s saying our child lives in hand me downs and this isn’t true.. it’s just relentless- one issue after another

Go for it. Get someone else to act as a go between. He doesn’t even have to know. You have every right not to be abused. What’s he going to say? He’d have to argue the point with a judge as what you’re doing is more than reasonable.
