I’ve been reading a lot from women who end up getting into debt. I’ve decided not to spend anymore money because I’m doing all the work and that’s benefitting him and the idea of getting into debt makes me incredibly anxious.

Sounds like you’re going in the right direction if you’re divorcing. I think distraction is good, doing your own thing, hanging out with friends who understand. I can’t really think about anything else though, if he’s in the flat, then it’s in my head. I know they’ll be a time when it’s over, but right now it feels heavy.
