Sorry to hear that you’re also going through emotional abuse. I think they always have an excuse or lie to make it seem like it isn’t their fault. At least you are aware of what’s happening and can hopefully do something about it?

Thank you. It has been awful feeling anxious in my own home but as it’s joint property I’ve felt like I have no choice.
Sorry to hear about your situation. That’s awful. I hope you can get help with your situation. I do worry about whether he has got himself into debt and if that will affect the situation.

I am now looking into a non molestation order. But it is scary to think I would have to go to a hearing in order to get one.
