I’ve been reading about non molestation orders or occupation orders for the home. I’m a little worried about trying these as if failed it will make the situation worse when trying to arrange actual living arrangements and financial plans for us to split once they end.

I don’t really think I’d need either but was advised to think about them to give me more breathing space. (detail removed by Moderator).
