I’m so sorry to hear all the things you’ve been going though, this all sounds so difficult. You made the right choice telling him to leave, and that was putting your children first. They may not understand it at the moment, but in the long term it is best for you and them.

I think it could be also, it’s hard to watch the person that hurt you be happy, when they made you so unhappy. I feel this at the moment, not with a relationship but just watching things go well for him whilst im struggling so much, take care xx

Yeah it often feels like there is not enough education around this subject, which is sad because it could really help to make people aware xx

Yeah, the ‘Joking’ is their way of trying to normalise unacceptable behaviour and make you feel like your the one being too sensitive. But your not, this is a horrible thing to say to someone, take care xx
