I have just read your message and felt your pain. Sadly, I am experiencing something very similar, only with my husband, he is very rude, degrading and extremely insulting when he can’t get his own way. He carries on as if it is his right to have sex whenever he wants.He never considers why I don’t to. Sometimes being in the same space as him is very difficult.

Thank you. I have tried to reach out to my local women’s aid, but didn’t get a response to my email.

I will certainly look at free advice from a solicitor and try Rights for Women.

Hi, I’ve not posted before. I’m not even sure I’m in the right thread! I just need to get this off my chest.
The behaviour of the man I am currently married to is becoming worse. By that I mean he thinks I just here for his physical needs whenever that need is present. He never considers my needs at all. I am considering and planning (albeit slowly) to leave him.
I don’t know how to or what to do; all I know is it is wearing me down and I need to see that there will be an end to it.

Thank you for your kind words. (detail removed by Moderator). We are past the initial agreed term of the tenancy and knowing the tenancy laws, it is just one months notice to the landlord to terminate the tenancy. He paid the deposit (detail removed by Moderator), so I am not expecting to see anything of the deposit.
