Sorry fo rthe delay, KIP, I’ve been digesting and processing. I really appreciate your input.

Thanks @KIP for your quick reply.
I haven’t spoken to a solicitor yet. The landlord is a strange one – seems to have gone awol, but I’m not too concerned about her right now. I reached out to WA via the live chat and from that I’ve been in email contact with local domestic abuse service. They’ve been helpful so far, but I don’t feel they can help further now as they want me to look into injunctions.
As far as where he could go at short notice, that would involve his family probably travelling down and moving him out.
I just need this over with. It’s consumed me for so long now

Also, my husband has no idea that I think he’s abusive. His whole family is dysfunctional, but that don’t realise it

Maybe also because as soon as I do, I know I will have to start facing the music rather than continuing the daily ‘survival’ mode. No more excuses. Does that make sense?

Generalised anxiety and brain fog probably.
I worry people won’t believe me or think that I’m making a mountain out of a molehill.
I keep taking a deep breath and attempting to speak but not doing it

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for welcoming me. I feel that just joining is a big step in the right direction.
Are you certain that he has no rights regarding my tenancy? I hope that’s the case, but my google searches suggested otherwise.
I will be making use of the live chat – thank you x

Thank you for your reply.
Are you sure he has no right to be there? From my google searches it seems that he has rights because we are married Even though the tenancy is in my name?
I’m building up the courage to speak to those services for advice. I have a fear of speaking on the phone and with people that I don’t know because I forget everything I need to say, but I’m working up to it.
