      Thanks, he doesn’t pay any maintenance money and anything he’d have to pay would be very minimal so it’s actually financially better for me for him to take them. Also I need the break love my kids but it’s hard they’re both waiting assessment for additional needs.

      Solicitor has been involved for the (detail removed by moderator). I have tried everything to get a seperation agreement but to no success. I am now fifiling for divorce but of course that takes time. I saw my GP in (detail removed by moderator) they were really supportive and I started on antidepressants. I applied for a non-molestation order (detail removed by moderator) but he agreed to “behave” and that was the end of it. I was attending WA before lock down but I haven’t made any contact with them since.

      I returned back after leaving for a number of weeks. Unfortunately nothing was any better and I am still ploughing through the legal system to try and sort something as he will not co-operate with anything. My advice, get as much legal advice as possible first and from the best agencies with knowledge of domestic abuse.

      Happy new year, enjoy the peace. Mines is blaring music downstairs and refuses to turn it down even for the sake of the children. But, there sleeping and I’m not going to give him the satisfaction of reacting to it which is all he wants.💪

      Thanks for the advice. I have been keeping a record but haven’t written everything down its hard to keep up with it. (detail removed by moderator) There’s never been anything physical so no police reports and not been to GP although I am beginning to feel that I need to see them. Thanks for the advice.
