Hi,

i am completely new to this all. and feel very apprehensive opening up.

so if anyone feels like having a private chat then please feel free to message me.

my partner is a lot older than me and drinks alot. his behaviour when he drinks is 10x worse to when he isnt drunk.

just makes me doubt myself with everything and i find myself defending him endlessly…..

I can’t block him I just can’t find that strength.
I try lists and it just doesn’t change anything.

I have seen a counsellor and this hasn’t helped. So I seeing a psychologist in the next few weeks I need help.
Any hell or advice is appreciated xx

I know, it is awful 💔 I have to get up and go to work. I can’t afford to lose my job. But I feel broken. Not all his fault either. But I just feel like something I have never experienced 😭
