Dear Raven Eclipse,

I feel for you so much. Just like you I walk on eggshells and am in a permanent state of anxiety. I am constantly trying to avoid anything that might upset him (it is exhausting is’nt it). It has got to the stage with me that my mental health is suffering badly. Do you feel like a fool, like me for putting up with it. Our other alternative is to leave. Why do we stay?. Why are we so foolish to stay?

Feeling so low. Have been to the Doctors today, have been given antidepressants and an offering of counselling. Have told the Doctor everything that has happened with him. He is now being very sympathetic and has said it all his fault. Wonder how long this will last ?

Bless you nbumblebee, so sorry you are feeling alone too. I will be getting help with my sobriety as I so don’t want to pick up a drink. But it is so hard with what is going on. I am so tempted. As you say this life is so hard, sometimes too hard.
