Do you have any photos that might remind you of dates and events?
Have you told friends or family will they recall dates and events?

Auriel, he stays at his mums but he hasn’t stayed there for a few weeks now.
I’m just anxious because I work away from home (detail removed by Moderator) and I don’t want him to try and come to my house when I am not here but I really need to go to work.

Thank you KIP…that’s what I am worried about the PTSD and aftershocks, I need to find ways to manage it.
I hate the thought of wasting anymore tears on him.
