Besides getting to the point I Cldnt even make a cup of tea , the abuse has taken its toll on my (detail removed by Moderator), totally bust and on high levels of (detail removed by Moderator), and I get physically tired very quickly with anxiety even doing simple things like a food shop

I don’t live any more , no friends, no family, I don’t go out only to by food and sit in this house like a zombie with no energy, my thoughts are all ptsd , Don’t want anything great , just to be able to work again , have close colleagues, and be able to financially and physically care for myself, but it’s not happening or going to , it takes me months to learn even one simple life skill

I hate my life to , I am left with over whelming anxiety , find it hard to just go to end of the road ,

How can I ever work again after thirty years of every angle of abuse it has eroded me to not even being able to walk my dog without anxiety or go to buy food without anxiety , I am now (removed by moderator) years old

There is a psychological term called Stockholm syndrome where the brain has attached its self to the abuser

Hi there , you took the words right out of my mouth , I had (detail removed by Moderator) years and lost my mental and physical health and now find independence hard .
